Monassier - Paris
Real estate development

For years, Monassier & Associés has always assisted property developers in their development and construction projects, and investors acquiring real estate assets in their future state of completion (“vente en état futur d’achèvement”) or rehabilitation, whatever the type of assets (offices, residential, retail, logistics, etc.).

OUR SUPPORT

In a spirit of teamwork and partnership, the notary firm’s collaboration with property developers begins with the preparation of the land acquisition (considering the type of urban planning permit to be obtained: development permit, building permit with subdivision, works permit, office consents by the authorities, etc.), through to the sale of the premises, whether as a whole or by dividing premises, along with the legal structuring of the operation (descriptive statement of division into volumes, descriptive statement of subdivision and co-ownership regulations, articles of association of owners’ associations, etc.).

Similarly, the firm assists investors in the purchase of properties in their future state of completion, from the inception of the project (assessment of the planning permits obtained and the legal framework in place) up to the signing of the deed of sale. In any event, an electronic data room is set up to enable the investor’s teams to keep all the documentation relating to the acquisition and the real estate asset.

RESOURCES PROVIDED BY THE FIRM

Aware of the imperative need for developers to respect signing deadlines for future state of completion sales deeds, Monassier & Associés has equipped itself with both human and material resources to meet this time constraint.
