Guillaume PALAIS joined the firm in 2011. He became a partner in 2016.

He previously worked in Parisian notary firms and for several years in the real estate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, an English law firm.

His areas of expertise cover both commercial property (development, sale and acquisition of buildings, etc.) and real estate structured finance.

Thanks to his experience and know-how, he assists French and foreign institutional and professional clients on a daily basis.

He has a degree in private law from the University of Paris X – Nanterre and from the Institut des Etudes Politiques (IEP) in Paris. He also holds a Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.

A native French speaker, Guillaume speaks and writes fluently in English.
