Karine Bergua joined the firm in 2017.

Previously, she worked in Parisian law firms specialising in institutional real estate.

Her areas of expertise cover corporate real estate (sale and acquisition of buildings and real estate asset portfolios, etc.).

Drawing on her experience and know-how, she provides day-to-day assistance to the firm’s notaires in institutional real estate matters.

She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Management and a Master’s degree in Private Law (with a specialism in notarial law) from the University of Montpellier 1.
