Pierre-Marie BOURRAT joined the firm in 2023.
With 15 years’ experience in private real estate, he previously worked in several notary firms in Paris and outside of Paris (Corsica).
His areas of expertise include real property acquisitions for private individuals (primary and secondary residences, rental investments), co-ownership law, and property financing and taxation for private individuals.
He has a degree in notarial law from the University of Paris 2 – Panthéon Assas. He also holds a Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat from the University of Paris 2 – Panthéon Assas and a Diplôme Universitaire en Gestion de Patrimoine from the University of Clermont-Ferrand (AUREP).
