Pierre SOEN joined the firm in 2023.

A lawyer by training, he previously worked in the Real Estate Department of Allen Overy Shearman Sterling, an English law firm, from 2016 to 2023.

His areas of expertise cover both commercial property (development, sale and acquisition of buildings, commercial leases, sale and lease-back, etc.) and real estate structured finance.

He assists French and foreign institutional and professional clients on a day-to-day basis.

He has a degree in real estate law from the Université Panthéon-Assas, and also holds a Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat from the École de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris.

A native French speaker, Pierre is also fluent in English.
