Virginie ACKET-DESREUMAUX is head of the Corporate Law department at Monassier et Associés, which she joined in 2016 after more than seven years in the corporate departments of Parisian law firms.
Combining experience and expertise, she advises and assists unlisted companies and their directors with all their entrepreneurial projects. In general, she advises on all corporate law issues.
She holds a Master II in Corporate and Contract Law (Accounting and Financial Law) from the Catholic University of Lille. She also holds a certificate in Business Management from EDHEC Lille.
