Arlette Darmon is a partner in MONASSIER et Associés, which she joined as soon as she finished her law studies in January 1989.
She holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in business law, a postgraduate diploma (troisième cycle) in taxation from the University of Paris-Dauphine and a diploma in asset management from the Faculty of Law and Economics at Clermont-Ferrand.
Drawing on her experience and expertise, she assists private clients, company directors and businesses with the restructuring and transfer of their private and professional assets.
She has also been President of the Groupe Monassier Network since 9 April 2011.
She coordinates the writing of the Memento Transmission d’entreprise with Éditions Francis Lefebvre.
