Mathilde SIMON joined the firm in 2019 as a notaire and she became a partner in MONASSIER et Associés in 2026.
Previously, she worked in Parisian practices and had general experience in the regions.
Her areas of expertise include private real estate (residential, professional and commercial), co-ownership law and related property taxation.
Drawing on her 15 years’ experience in private real estate and her know-how, she assists private clients on a daily basis with their personal and professional projects.
She holds a Master I in Private Law and a Master II in Notarial Law, as well as a Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat from the University of Lorraine.
