Mourade GUECHI joined the firm in 2016. He became a partner in 2022.
Previously, he worked in Parisian notary firms (Wargny-Katz, notaires and Oudot & Associés, notaires).
His areas of expertise cover all commercial property transactions, from offices to commercial and logistics complexes. In particular, Mourade has worked with investors on a number of large-scale transactions involving commercial property portfolios.
Drawing on his experience and expertise, he assists French and foreign institutional and professional clients on a day-to-day basis.
A graduate in business law from the University of Lille II and HEC Montréal, he also holds a Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
A native French speaker, Mourade is also fluent in English.
